By filling out the questionnaire you give permission to include your name and contact details in the dissemination of the database.
Your participation in this research study is voluntary. You may choose not to participate. If you decide to participate in this activity, you may withdraw at any time. 

DATA PROTECTION
CTFC as Data controller, collects this data through Google Forms to collect detailed information on well-documented prescribed burning experiences. By checking the acceptance box, you give your consent. The data will not be transferred to any country or international organization outside European Union.
